Self-isolation rules apply to citizens of Belarus and foreigners who test positive for COVID-19, as well as first- and second-level contacts. First-level contacts need to self-isolate for 14 days following the date of the last contact with the infected, second-level contacts – with the appearance of symptoms (cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fever). The doctor may decide on prolonging self-isolation time.If the person breaks the self-isolation rules, he or she gets 50% of sick pay envisaged by the law.Those violating the self-isolation rules will be fined. |
